No towels even though it said it in the description
Plastic cover on the bed making it hot and uncomfortable
Cleaning needs to be better, esp. floors and surfaces
Bedding not fresh smelling
Drains do smell, like others have mentioned, but not much you can do about that I guess
All communication and instructions in French so a bit tricky to interact
