Lovely apartment with large balcony at the heart of the town near to the grand canal. Good facilities and furnishings. Very comfortable.

Vue absolument incroyable !! Le balcon et les baies vitrées sont dingues. Quel plaisir le petit déjeuner au lever du soleil. L'appartement a été rénové avec goût et avec des équipements très qualitatifs

Vrai problème au niveau de la literie : c'est du détail au regard de la qualité de l'appartement mais ça gâche la nuit et donc l'expérience. Les draps sont en lin (beaucoup de gens n'apprécient pas, car ça gratte quand on est habitué au coton) les oreillers sont énormes, très épais et inutilisables même sur le dos, et les couettes à dispo sont plastifiées, de mauvaise qualité. Du coup mauvaises nuits, j'ai même fini par aller sur le canapé... C'est vraiment dommage car on parle de qq centaines d'euros d'équipements qui pourraient être modifiés sur un appartement qui autrement est absolument incroyable et très qualitatif.

Gloriously light. Fantastic position. Amazing terrace. Really comfortable. Great facilities. However we’ve never paid this much for an apartment but (a) it didn’t disappoint and (b) maybe this is what we should expect for the price!

A very minor niggle … the comms about access is very specific but fails to mention that the apartment is on the fifth floor!

Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber (Verwaltung) ist ausgezeichnet und professionell. Die Antworten auf unsere Fragen kamen umgehend und waren immer kompetent und lösungsorientiert. Die Lage ist top - es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Die Küchen und die Wohnung insgesamt sind sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Terrasse und die Aussicht sind grossartig. Es gibt eine Garage die ein Auto und Fahrräder sicher beherbergen kann.

Der Schlüsselkasten ist etwas fummelig und bis man in der Wohnung, das Auto in der Garage ist und man entspannen kann, hat man einen kleinen Foxtrail hinter sich. Das gleiche gilt auch beim Verlassen der Wohnung, denn es ist logistisch etwas aufwendig bis dann alles am rechten Ort deponiert ist. Aber alles lösbar und gut beschrieben...
