Lejligheden havde en rigtig fin indretning og var smagfuldt indrettet med brugbare møbler. Dejlig lille balkon med smukke døre. Køkkenet var vel udstyret og dejligt med både opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine.

Apartment is well equipped with pretty much everything you need for a self catering stay. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was fairly clean. The shower was also good. Having a lift helped as well, even if it was a bit quirky (you have to keep your finger on the button all the way up !!). Spacious and fresh.

1 The photos of the owner, who was clearly a big shot in the police, and her family at the entrance and all along the ball were not necessary and a bit unprofessional in a rented apartment. 2 The promised toiletries consisted of only hand wash and some cheap shower gel, so you need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner etc 3 The washing machine is shared with neighbours in a separate room, so is only accessible sometimes. 4 The instructions on how everything works seem very thorough, but are only provided in French, and Google translate isn't always very accurate when it comes to technical instructions !!

Elegant spacious apartment in a grand building with a gorgeous high ceilinged living room with tall French windows overlooking trees. Apartment very well equipped and tastefully furnished (except for non cotton bedlinen and plastic plants- see below!). I also enjoyed the quiet central location and modern bathroom.

On arrival most of the bedlinen was a waxy cotton/polyester mix (with childish purple stripes) which is not acceptable for a rental at this price point. However Audrey was very responsive to replace with 100% cotton white linen which is what all professional rentals provide. And the pillows were the hardest I’ve ever encountered and should be replaced with even the slightest bit of cushioning in them (I actually used one of the sofa cushions as a pillow!). I also recommend removing the numerous plastic plants since they detract from the decor and are covered in dust.

Property is excellent clean location and size. Check in went smoothly. However building has an elevator but you need to climb one set of stairs.

As a result of an emergency that resulted in no mobility for one of us. We reached out to the owners who do not live in Sete , for help with hiring someone to assist in returning rental car and loading luggage. The response was they don’t live there and property manager may not be able to assist with luggage. It would have be helpful if there may have been some options but this is not really a requirement of a rental property owner.
