Studio cocooning bien agencé et très confort. Proche gare et centre ville de Sète.
Evier de la cuisine trop petit et sortie de l'aeration de la clim dans la loggia. Au regard de la configuration de l'appartement, pas le choix. Donc on oublie rapidement car CLIM !

- la climatisation
- l'appartement sale - ne pas pouvoir profiter de la véranda car le bloc extérieur de la clim est dans la véranda et rejette de l'air chaud. - La non réponse de Ghislaine (Conciergerie) suite à mes SMS. - aucune insonorisation de la résidence - quartier très moyen - oreillers mous - absence de produits ménager
