L'appartement est très agréable à vivre avec ses deux parties nuit/salle d'eau bien définies, une belle terrasse pour les repas, cuisine bien équipée de tout l'essentiel, choisi avec beaucoup de goût. On sent à tous les détails que Muriel et Hassan ont envie de faire plaisir et n'ont rien négligé. Neuf et impeccable. Bien placé, dans une rue calme. Ne pas se laissez impressionné par l'aspect un peu triste de la facade de l'immeuble, elle est à l'opposé de ce que l"on découvre à l'intérieur.
Juste un petit bémol pour l'accès à ce petit paradis. Il se mérite avec 3 volées de marche dont une dernière un peu raide. En tenir compte pour certains mais pour nous, quoique septuagénaires, ça s'est fait sans problème.
