The Cottage at Well House

Super clean and very well organised. It was great that I could charge my EV car and the location was quiet and convenient.

The mattress was a bit too hard and the bed linen was not 100% cotton which were not ideal.

The Cottage was an excellent find. It was spacious and clean, and cereals, coffee, tea and milk were provided. Parking was immediately outside the property. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Well equipped spacious studio apartment in a converted outbuilding/garage next to the owner’s home. The cottage was very clean, quiet and convenient for exploring the local area, it was an excellent base for days out. We really appreciated the cereal, biscuits, and tea provided. The parking was good and we liked that there were footpaths in walking distance and a friendly pub we could walk to. There was plenty of hot water and towels. Everything had been thought of for a convenient and pleasant stay.

I didn’t like the winter weight duvet, far too warm but we were not warm enough just using the duvet cover, would recommend a summer weight duvet. Outdoor chairs were a bit uncomfortable even with the cushions, Even though we didn’t see the owners or neighbours I felt a bit overlooked with the blinds open.
