Apart from the bed, great!

We loved the location (on the lake) and the staff (really friendly).

The bed is part of a cupboard, which you descend. Although the mattress was good, it’s on wood, rather than a proper base, which somehow made it really uncomfortable.

It's located right on the lake with a lovely garden area..the views are to die for The apartment is a little bit small..but the patio and garden makes up for that big time We fell in love with this apartment and when we return to Anncey we will definitely try booking it again Thanks Sebastian

La résidence est très calme avec un accès direct au lac. L’appartement est assez petit mais confortable avec une petite terrasse . La possibilité de se garer sur place est pratique

Endroit à éviter absolument

Odeur de poubelle à côté de la porte d'entrée , la porte d'entrée se trouve à 1m du lit. Parking à 50 cm de la porte d'entrée avec les pots d'échappements ,, Le restaurant evacue ses odeur et fumer par une buse à côté de la porte d'entrée et nous sommes dans la fumée et odeur , même en fermant la terrasse. Bruit sur le parking avec du va et viens pour le resto et nous avons juste 1 mur qui sépare le lit au parking Vmc et frigo font du bruit continuellement même pendant la nuit empêchant de dormir. Vous êtes au wc avec la tête dans le mur tellement c'est étroit

Au bord du lac

Logement propre et fonctionnel avec un accès direct en terrasse sur le lac d'Annecy, au calme et bien situé. Très bon accueil, je recommande.

Bien

-le village n’est pas très loin de Annecy et bien desservi avec le bus (arrêt de bus à quelques minutes à pied) -le lac est vraiment au pied de la résidence ce qui doit être encore plus agréable en été -le studio est très confortable, moderne, très bien équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour la cuisine (il y a même un petit lave-vaisselle), le coin salon/lit est très bien pensé, matelas confortable -le wifi marche très bien -grande télévision avec applications -salle de bains spacieuse et agréable -température de logement réglable -les conseils / recommandations sur les choses à faire / à voir dans la région

-odeur de tabac froid présente dans tout le logement -beaucoup de personnes passaient devant la fenêtre sur la pelouse pour traverser vers le parking -il n’y a pas de volet/store, le froid rentre beaucoup par la fenêtre dans la nuit -bruit des personnes au-dessus. Dès la première nuit j’ai eu des enfants au-dessus qui couraient/sautaient non stop pendant des heures et ça a repris le matin tôt. Ces personnes sont ensuite vite parties mais la veille de mon départ nouvelle situation similaire avec une autre famille qui a duré jusqu’à tard dans la nuit et m’a empêché de me reposer. Puis à 7h du matin (un dimanche) ils se sont mis à déplacer des tables/chaises pendant 30 minutes et les sauts des enfants ont repris… Ce n’est pas acceptable quand on vient pour se reposer. Je vis toute l’année des bruits de voisinage qui m’empêche de dormir, donc je ne paie pas un logement vacance pour revivre la même chose. même si cela n’est pas la faute directe de l’hôte, je ne sais pas s’il est clairement dit aux familles à l’arrivée de respecter un minimum la tranquillité des autres, à plus forte raison ceux qui sont juste en dessous. -le manque de communication à la fin, je devais laisser les clefs dans un boîtier sécurisé à mon départ, ce qui est plutôt agréable sauf que je n’arrivais pas à coincer les clefs dans le boîtier car c’était volumineux et le boîtier se rouvrait sans cesse. J’ai donc essayé d’appeler la personne responsable avec qui j’avais dialogué la veille, mais je n’ai eu aucune réponse. J’ai fini par réussir et ai envoyé un message car j’avais peur que le boîtier s’ouvre à nouveau et je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. Je trouve vraiment dommage de ne pas répondre aux inquiétudes du client. Il y a bcp de gens qui ne se prennent pas la tête, j’avais la volonté de bien faire les choses et aucun message pour confirmer la bonne réception des clefs ou autre, c’est un peu décevant de finir sur ça quand l’arrivée était plus chaleureuse.
