Very conveniently located near the airport and beach, free parking and the check in was easy. Clean and affordable.
The AC in our room was leaking so we had to put down some towels and adjust the settings so it would continue to work without dripping water. That said, Italy is super hot this time of year so I suspect it was working overtime.

Perfect location across from the beach - with many restaurants within walking distance. The room was basic but very clean, and the bed was comfortable, Manager left clear instructions on geting into the building and room and obtaining the keys, so worked out great. I rented this for one night prior to my flight the next morning. It is only 15 minutes from the Rome airport (FCO) so perfect.
Minor point but there was no breakfast (thought there was supposed to be one?), but only a central coffee machine. Also, small refrigerator but no ice tray, or ice machine in central area. Otherwise great - thanks!

The people were very nice but not always on property and it closeness to the airportI didn't like that I had no air in the room at night because it was bright lights outside from the street and I had to close everything up. I also didn't care for the dining room because the tables were high and so were the chairs so there was nowhere to sit in the lounge as the chair in the room was just a stiff upright chair. The food we didn't eat because it wasn't of any quality
