Efficient check-in & parking service. Position is optimal: close to the city and to the main highway.

The frigo & bathroom make noise during the night. It’s not that bad, but I recommend a pair of earplugs.

Quirky, cute, character.

Functional, clean, quiet surroundings even though it’s located in a student housing area (I spent the night there Saturday—Sunday). The property actually exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed.

The bed on the main floor was way too soft for me personally. I felt like I was being swallowed by it (and I’m not a heavy person). However, the one upstairs on the mezzanine floor was perfect.

A very convenient and highly affordable place to overnight

Fair facilities for the price. Free parking. Quiet and clean.

It was not very easy to detect the parking place where the key box was (we had bad luck with the storm that day, it was heavy rain and the parking spot was hard to detect since it was in a huge yard, at the opposite corner in respect with the building. The marking paint (of spot number) was pretty old and hardly visible in the storm; Maybe a scheme of the location (including position of the building and of the parking spot might help the tourists)

Just that the TV did not work at all. Wasn`t that bad really for us, since we just relaxed more and to have no TV once in a while is not a problem. Just bit unknown. But we relaxed in the situation and had a lot of fun. The price is really good if you think about it all. Clean rooms, quiet. Street side didn`t bother, Windows closed easily. Both rooms had a bath room. Plenty of space. The first morning coffee at 5:00 am was provided for since small tray with electr. coffee pot and coffee supply. Since old style cannot hurt any one, (just our opinion) furnitures were clean, didn't smell at all. From 1 to 10 definitely a 12 ------

The flat was cleaned and well-prepared for dwelling in. Everything was great, the location is a advantage, it took me 10 minutes from the train station to reach the apartment. To get-in is a real quest with looking for keys, but I enjoyed it. One recommendation: to leave a few tee and coffee tips, as I really wanted to drink something it the morning, but forgot to take on the road it.

Very pleasant stay in Flensburg, quiet and price quality is outstanding

900m from the trainstation, nearly in the centre of Flensburg. A private parking spot is included, which I did not needed (travelling by train), so finding the keys was hard. The appartment was clean and as a welcome two snacks were available. The ability to cook your meal in a kitchenette is a plus. All fine, certainly for the price.

One cannot expect it, but coffee / tea would be nice. And the TV was a bit outdated and turned itself off sometimes. Collecting the keys was described by the host, but I could hardly find it (at the very end of the parking lot). There were no curtains on one window.

Bigger than expected, super clean, functioning wifi and tv, closed off parking space, many kitchen appliences were useful. Very nice experience overall. Would recommend.

complicated to find the keys, like a treasure hunt. The wooden post is hidden behind thz hedge, should make it more visible. Also, should write the apartment door number instead of the floor, because floors are counted differently from country to country, easier to write that it was apartment number 50 rather than right door on the second floor

Really good option for your stay in Flensburg

I was very positively surprised by this place! I had high expectations and I thought I had looked at the pictures, but I was very surprised by how nice this was and how good the location was. It’s not in the centre of the city, no, but it’s only a short walk to the centre (15min) and it’s really quiet and quaint. The apartment itself feels very homely and residential, and it had all the amenities that we needed for our overnight stay. Really cute detail with the mezzanine!

room was ok for money charged

i reached at the property around 10 pm at night, there were absolutely no sign board or anything to spot the key box. the instructions says the parking number but numbers were not clearly visible at all. i mean if you dont want any physical staff there atleast get the markings right and visible . i had to litrely count from 1st parking spot to find the one.

Lack of clear instructions on the rather unusual check-in procedure, which was hidden in the chat. Was also unsure of what was expected upon checkout, where to leave the keys and how much to clean after myself.

The place was nicely furnished, clean and it had all the appliances for cooking, cleaning, etc. Bed was ok and warm. The toilet was clean as well.

To find keys was a treasure hunting. It was fun, but still, to follow the faded numbers of the parking slots on the floor, to get to a dark wooden pole at night and under the rain, can be a bit frustrating.

Der Router konnte keine Internetverbindung aufbauen, sodass eine Nutzung des Internets/WLAN nicht möglich war. Vielleicht liegts an dem kaputten Stecker des Telefon-Anschlusskabels!?? Sollte mal überprüft werden. Im TV standen nur die folgenden Sender zur Verfügung: ARD, arte, BR, hr-fernsehen, MDR, 6xNDR, ONE, phönix, WDR. Die im Preis eingeschlossenen Leistungen WLAN/Internet und Fernsehen wurden insgesamt nicht zufriedenstellend erbracht.

Sehr günstige Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Der obere Teil des Zimmers ist nichts für große Leute weil die Decke dort keine Stehhöhe hat.
