Very convenient for both Arrowtown and downtown Queenstown. The apartment was a good size, and ideal for two couples having the convenience of ensuites. There is an allocated parking space for one car and a good sized lift making access to the second floor apartment nice and easy.

Unfortunately our experience at this well appointed apartment was marred by noise issues. There are air vents in both bedrooms and the main room from a centralised system which are active and noisy 24hrs a day, according to BCR the management company they are unable to be adjusted. Additionally, the position of the apartment (no. 15B) overlooks the road and despite double glazing the vehicle road noise gets very intrusive, it was particularly bad on the week days when traffic was heavy from 6am and went on well into the evening. We were very happy with how well equipped the apartment was but again disappointed that some items were faulty which we feel the management company should have been aware of and either removed or rectified, a Nutribullet blender had no bottle and a Nespresso milk frother was faulty having no power. We notified BCR but got no response, neither of the items were vitally important but the apartment rental was not cheap and obviously the management company were being paid to ensure it was in full working order.

Spacious, clean and modern

1. Have a designated parking slot which is convenient if you drive. 2. The location is good. Close to the city centre. 3. The property contains with washing machine, dryer & a clothes airer.

1. The kettle is very dirty. We washed it several times to remove the debris inside the kettle. 2. No body wash in the master bedroom toilet. 3. All toilet amenities filled up less than one-quarter of the bottle. 4. Toilet paper wasn't changed. 5. The bedside table lamp and clock didn't plug into the socket. So we had to search where's the socket and plug it in again. 6. The baking tray in the oven was dirty with grease. Luckily we didn't use the oven. Impression, the housekeeping didn't do a good job.
