Location was great with views and cafes around the corner and onsen hot pools at the back of the apartments
No exhaust fan in both bathrooms which was inconvenient

Mara is in a great location. While zero view from the apartment, you don't have far to walk to get a great view down the shotover valley at the back. Also some great cafes nearby. Gantley's in the morning for coffee was great, but not open til 9:00am unfortunately.
Directions to find it were not good. It is actually in a block called Residences du park. Each apartment is named something different. We were not alone in finding it difficult to find. Asking the cafe on the corner "The General" was the only way we found it.

Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown centre but still close enough to everything and stunning views. The apartment was modern, with quality appliances, everything looking new, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!
There were no clear instructions on how to use appliances and the online manual was inaccurate. However, this was minor relative to our overall experience and the host replied promptly to assist when help was needed.

Everything I liked about the property
Shop next to it opens at 10 am so if you runout of groceries/ eggs need to drive 7-10 mins to get anything.
