We had the top floor and the views from the windows were amazing. Everything in the unit was modern and new.
The only complaints we have, is that the kitchen rubbish bin was tiny and the lounge not so comfortable.

Breakfast wasn’t included.
One bedroom had no lights working. We checked out after 3 nights then came back for another 3 nights. Still no lights but an extra lamp. On the 16th and 17th we had no hot water eg no hot showers. Not very good at all

The bus stop around the corner. We took it into Queenstown instead of paying the exorbitant parking rates

In a nice quiet location and that it was well cleaned.
Cold draft in bedroom near the balcony, bedroom door and balcony door rattle when there is wind making sleep impossible. Balcony tiles very dangerous, not grouted in. Slippery, loose and a dangerous slip hazard. Couch to low to the floor, bed to firm and uncomfortable. Fire place super noisey, main bedroom near kitchen shower head damaged spraying water in every direction. Instructions on how to enter property were incorrect, said turn key anti clockwise but it was actually clockwise.
