Lovely, comfortable stay in great location

Second time staying in this lovely apartment. My go-to now when I’m going to visit my son. Great location, a home from home feel. Great communication from owner and hassle free check in/out. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and well situated accommodation for Norfolk walks

I like the taste of the owner. The doors, furniture, taps etc. all rather modern but in an old style. Nice and comfortable. There are a lot to see in Thetford and around (Oxburgh Hall, Lynford Arboretum, Grimes Graves) and this is a perfect base to look around with or without a car.

The bed was a bit soft for my back, we prefer harder ones, but it was ok.

Good place to stay in central Thetford

Great instructions and communication from Vicky, the host. Lovely facilities with nice extras like bottles of water in the fridge and back up toiletries just in the case. My second stay - very happy with the experience. Thank you Vicky.

It’s a little hard to open the windows but the large fan is brilliant for keeping the space cool

Great location; very modern, clean and comfortable

Location and value for money were great. We have stayed at this property previously and were once again very happy with our stay. Clean and comfortable, everything provided - towels, toilet roll, cleaning products, etc. Private parking space a bonus.

Due to the heat, we used the blanket/throw as the duvet was thick so too hot to sleep with.

It was a bit warmer than what we're used to and couldn't get the temperature down, but we're not complaining!

The apartment was very well equipped, clean and tidy, and well thought out.

I had a little back-ache from the bed, was woken early by the noise of the heating so I adjusted the temperature down to keep it off until we got up. We found the rooms a bit dark due to small windows high up which are either blacked out or opaque.

Perfect apartment, perfect location

Lovely apartment! Clean, secure and had a lovely feel to it. Even came with parking, which is a def bonus. Perfect location to get into the centre and a short drive to the shopping outlet and Thetford forest. Vicky was just an the end of the phone too 😊 My only critiques are; the bed was a little soft for me and you can hear every little movement from upstairs. I am an early bird, but it would have been nice to of had a little lie in on my weekend away

Location was brilliant tea, coffee, sugar etc was a pleasant surprise!! Maybe it would a good idea if there where some coat hooks and shoe storage in the passage.

Maybe a sofa bed in the lounge if my partner snores! Or I wanted to bring another person grand child or family member

Seemed like a home away from home as opposed to a room. Vicky the landlady was very helpful. Flat was outstanding and felt modern. Good facilities all round.

Ideal base whilst overseeing some building work but would also be ideal for short break.

Very modern touches yet cosy. there were basics made available on arrival ( coffee, tea water etc); and herbs and spices for cooking if required. Vicky was very helpful
