good value for money. good heating system and quiet neighborhood. TVs in the rooms. Easy, simple check out procedure. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this property and would definitely recommend it.

Parking outside it’s brilliant 😌

Location was good and within a 15 minutes walk of Thetord town centre. It was a quiet area with no noise whatsoever from neighbours or any roads. Parking was also good.

I felt the information regarding checking was a bit last minute in arriving but it was okay. We also did not appreciate the dish washer being full of unwashed pots, plates and pans and which were actually starting to go mouldy. Cleaner lady was blamed for this as she was new and the manager was on the way to hospital so had not checked herself. Though it has to be said that the dishes had been in there for quite some time due to the mould build up. Booking.com themselves deferred everything to the local manager. By way of an apology/compensation we were offered the option of a later check out, which was not needed as we needed to be on the road at reasonable time.
