central location to town centre, nearby free parking, cute tiny house,, easy access with clear instructions, sunny outdoor area with seating, comfy bed (only used front bedroom), pods for wash machine and dishwasher and all cleaning items provided at no extra cost.

kitchen tap was very loose but workable. needs fixed. sparker on gas hob not working and no other lighter in kitchen, couldn't use. (only tried on last morning). needs fixed or alternative sparked provided. bathroom door loose on hinges and couldn't close properly. lucky we were a couple. needs fixed. stairs were very difficult, you had to be super careful on them. should provide warning on site that stairs are very steep with short treads and provide better handrail.

Breakfast wasn't an option with our accommodation. The location was especially convenient for our family event. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet.

The stairs were too steep, not suitable for older people and people with bad knees

The location of the property was excellent. Everything within walking distance including Dad's Army Museum. It had Everything we needed and was extremely clean. Easy check in and out

Says parking but it’s a free car park round the back for everyone to use with no guarantee of a space noting two cars had windows smashed in them presenting a worry when leaving decent car there The back door was very difficult to lock from the outside so we ended up using the front all the time Strict instructions on the use of property were given almost making you feel like a student with no visitors day or night . Our son was staying at the premiere inn as he was in a running event and couldn’t come for a cup of tea . Property felt like student accommodation numbers on doors in need of refurbishing and decorating and a good deep clean too. Couldn’t find instructions in the property on how to use oven -we couldn’t get it to get warm . Kitchen had minimal crockery and cutlery 6 of each which was written on every drawer cupboard etc Dishwasher needed to be put on regular to ensure we had a glass or. Cup or plate to use. The lounge was like I say what you would expect student accommodation to be there was a 3 seater sofa bed to sit there was 4 of us staying in the property so had to sit on a dining chair when we wanted to relax. The bathroom was very small and shower was small had mould on the rim at the bottom There were standard bath towels which were very thin . Staircase was extremely steep with twist in it and with the bathroom downstairs was a problem getting up going down in the night to use the bathroom Beds were lumpy and old only one pillow each where I normally have 2
