St Giles, Thetford, 2BR House

Lovely little place the area was lovely mix of old and modern. 74 yards from the local high street. Even tho you wouldn't know it. Relaxing feel. Plenty of local watering holes and food to relax. Some good little bits of history. Takes you back.to.a feel of simpler times. And very friendly hosts and take you questions. Are very helpful and prompt

Easy to find, extremely clean and had everything we needed

Wasn’t sure where to park as not mentioned in the booking information.

central location to town centre, nearby free parking, cute tiny house,, easy access with clear instructions, sunny outdoor area with seating, comfy bed (only used front bedroom), pods for wash machine and dishwasher and all cleaning items provided at no extra cost.

kitchen tap was very loose but workable. needs fixed. sparker on gas hob not working and no other lighter in kitchen, couldn't use. (only tried on last morning). needs fixed or alternative sparked provided. bathroom door loose on hinges and couldn't close properly. lucky we were a couple. needs fixed. stairs were very difficult, you had to be super careful on them. should provide warning on site that stairs are very steep with short treads and provide better handrail.

The back door was hard to lock as there was a big gap when the door was closed so lifting the handle to lock it was hard it’s out of line The kitchen sink taps were loose so when using had to hold the tap to turn it on When in bed it seemed that you rolled to the centre of the bed as it has a dip the soda bed wasn’t very comfortable to sit on or even sleep on The stairs were step with no landing had to step down a step when leaving the upstairs rooms with only one hand rail The bathroom door is out of line it had to be banged shut and had to be banged to get out of the bathroom also only had under half a toilet roll when we arrived at the property Tv in the front room when looking for tv guild it wouldn’t select what channel and had to turn it off to get out of the menu option
