Wonderful stay
Peaceful, clean, comfortable and everything you needed to have a wonderful stay. Facilities and having 2 bathrooms plus ensuite WC was a real help. Beryl and her family couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. Wonderful river side walks on your doorstep and Castle Acre a must see and a brilliant walk to West Acre. You really could see and do a lot in the area without travelling miles. We ate at The Carpenters Arms and highly recommend the food. Cafe at Castle Acre was great too. Both dog friendly.
Coming home. Would love to go back.

Loved our time here
Clean, comfortable, very functional - everything to make it your home during your stay. Stunning lake and rivers nearby. Fishing on site and across the road. Very responsive host. Very much enjoyed the hike on the property and fitness classes at nearby studio.

Lovely spacious for 3 and clean with beautiful grounds
Given its remoteness (which we loved) we needed a bigger freezer and fridge, but that was it

Great house ,great host ,,great river walks
the view and the walk from our front door straight on to a river with birds and trout in the river .we walked for an hour and didn't see any one else . It was great

Quality time spent with my mum in a gorgeous cottage with stunning scenery and nature.
Beautiful cottage, stunning scenery. Our host was thoughtful, attentive and kind. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning on returning. A big thankyou to our host for being so welcoming
