Full marks for a beautiful well equipped cottage in a great location to visit this area of Norfolk. Comfortable beds and lounge seating. Kitchen well equipped with full oven, hob, microwave and under counter fridge with small freezer compartment; we stayed at cottage number 1 which had the added bonus of 2 bathrooms. Everything clean on arrival and beds made up. Wonderful grounds, very dog friendly with plenty of walking places on the grounds and nearby. Nearest big supermarkets about 5 miles, small well stocked village store about 15 min walk. Very helpful owner living in separate dwelling on the grounds. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.

The location was incredible fantastic scenery with lots of beautiful wildlife. We wanted somewhere that gave us a central position for travel around Norfolk and this was perfect. The owners are good people and are excellent hosts

Huge shared garden with a river, geese, ducks, deer and squirrels. The cottage was compact and comfortable. It was well equipped and clean.
Despite having available electric fans it was very hot in the sunny weather, especially in the upstair bedrooms. It made it difficult to sleep.
