Great location with magnificent views of garden and the Lake
Lovely apartment and great to have 3 ensuites plus extra toilet. Great to see all wildlife in garden (deer,pheasants,rabbits and lots of birds)
Great location but unfortunately the main road running past property entrance was closed. There were no road signs indicating diversion route. Only managed to find road running parallel and gain access but not easy in the dark. No notification of road closure from owners or Booking.com!!!!
Beds very hard and neighbours above loud from 7am each morning.

Fantastic location and well maintained house. Great for families . Ample space, clean and really filled with all facilities. Cant faullt anything.
Perhaps should have some tea, sugar and coffee for visitors. It would be a welcome thing to have a cuppa after you check in. Of course families should replace stuff back when they check out.

Property very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, two lovely lounges and a good size dining table. Beautiful views. Bedrooms were spacious with good wardrobes and very nice en-suites.
Very difficult to see the numbers of the parking spots in the dark. Beds were disappointing - mattresses could have been a lot better. Confirmation stated 15.00 arrival and 10.00 departure but message from agent tried to change that to 17.00 arrival and 09.00 departure which is frankly very poor. Even 10.00 is too early. Despite having cleaners guests are asked to empty bins and strip beds - again excessive (especially if there are 8 hours between check out and check in). The strict "rules" seem inconsistent with the excellence of the property. Hook on en -suite door was broken - no big deal, messaged agent but would have expected the courtesy of a response.

The location was good, being so close to the lake, and it was lovely sitting in the garden, enjoying the peacefulness and the birds
The main window spoilt the view but we appreciate that they are currently being updated throughout the property.
