Super stay. Great location, Will definitely return.
Fantastic location and well maintained house. Great for families . Ample space, clean and really filled with all facilities. Cant faullt anything.
Perhaps should have some tea, sugar and coffee for visitors. It would be a welcome thing to have a cuppa after you check in. Of course families should replace stuff back when they check out.

Lovely property - needs a less strict approach to guests.
Property very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, two lovely lounges and a good size dining table. Beautiful views. Bedrooms were spacious with good wardrobes and very nice en-suites.
Very difficult to see the numbers of the parking spots in the dark. Beds were disappointing - mattresses could have been a lot better. Confirmation stated 15.00 arrival and 10.00 departure but message from agent tried to change that to 17.00 arrival and 09.00 departure which is frankly very poor. Even 10.00 is too early. Despite having cleaners guests are asked to empty bins and strip beds - again excessive (especially if there are 8 hours between check out and check in). The strict "rules" seem inconsistent with the excellence of the property. Hook on en -suite door was broken - no big deal, messaged agent but would have expected the courtesy of a response.

The accommodation suited us very well + the location was very good
The location was good, being so close to the lake, and it was lovely sitting in the garden, enjoying the peacefulness and the birds
The main window spoilt the view but we appreciate that they are currently being updated throughout the property.

Great getaway for us and it is an a location that allowed us to do a bit of sight seeing. Car definitely a necessity.

Really enjoyed our stay at this spacious apartment, wish we could have stayed longer.
The apartment itself and its grounds with parking. Lovely, spacious and comfortable for a family gathering. The widescreen TV was excellent for the football (for some of our party!). Lovely views.
The bathrooms did not have any extractor fans and could not manage to open the bathroom window. New flooring needed in the middle bathroom.

وقت الدخول متاخر جدا ووقت الخروج مبكر جدا .. الحذر من استخدام منشف الشعر في الغرف بسبب انذار الحرائق .. وحصل لي موقف مع مكتب التاجير بخصوص التنظيف يريد اضافه 100 جنية نتيجة تاخير موظف التنظيف حيث وصل للشقه في 10:37 دقيقه ولم يدخل الشقه ويقول اني منعته من ذلك وهذا لم يحصل ابدا .. الحذر من هذا الشيء .. مكان الاقامه بعيد عن محطة الباصات 20 دقيقه مشي وصعب الوصول اليها مشيا على الشارع الرئيسي .. مطلوب تنظيف الشقه وغسل الصحون ووضع الشراشف والفوط في كيس مخصص لهذا ورمي كيس القمامه ،،،
