Very spacious cottage (5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms plus a washroom). We loved the hot tub out the back, the two living areas and the big kitchen. We had 10 of us for some of our stay but the cottage was plenty big to accommodate all of us. The location is behind the Linthwaite Hotel down a one-lane road.
Navigating the one-line road is tricky when another vehicle is coming in the opposite direction. Someone has to back up to one of the spaces that allows one of the vehicles to pass another. Also, the dishwasher broke on the last night so we had to do some handwashing.

Amount of bathrooms was good and open plan kitchen area. Garden space was nice and hot tub was great addition
Garden open to other properties better if enclosed. No cleaning products to use, would be nice being provided with them to use and clean.

Everything the small touches like the tea coffee dishwasher tablet etc, just a well organised and presented property home from home.

Clean spacious property. Lovely grounds. Hot tub a bonus point. Accommodated a late check out which helped alot with a young family!
Difficult to communicate with hosts. Office not always manned. Stair gates provided but very unstable, almost dangerous to use.
