Perfect place if you are looking for a clean , quiet and real Italian experience.

Away of traffic and noise , the property is having a big garden and it’s own parking. The Owner is a very nice and helpful person , ready to support us with different demands ( having a Prosecco in the garden 🤪). Also for the breakfast, the Owner successfully cover some specific dietary needs of us. Thank you!

Wonderful stay before going to Croatia.

The owners are taking such good care of everything, extremely kind persons, breakfast is all fresh and delicious. Very relaxing place, renewed nice bathrooms, comfortable air-conditioning with silent mode. Very interesting conversations with the owner who travelled all over the world,an experience in itself. Ideal stop before exploring the region for a stop-over.

An authentic Italian experience

Ennio and his wife are very welcoming and offer an authentic Italian experience. The breakfast was amazing. In 20 years of travelling the world this was the very best. The house was quiet and comfortable. A perfect holiday by the sea side.

Beautiful, relaxing and high quality stay close to main access roads

Beautiful, peaceful B&B in an old manor house renovated with charm and care. Spacious family room, with very good beds/pillows, quiet air conditioning and mosquito nets on all windows. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful, relaxing garden. Excellent breakfast. Very kind owner. A great option for exploring the area or overnight stay.

Best accomodation in years

We liked everything here. The owner is a great person, very friendly and very dedicated. It helped us with useful advice. It was the best accomodation we had in years. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were very clean and equiped with quality materials. Internet worked perfectly. The building itself breathes history, since it was old and beautifully restaurated. The breakfast serving is a different story here: well organized, quality food, good conversations with the owner. The location is close to the beaches of Lignano and Bibione (30 min by car) and to the cities of Trieste or Venice (1h30min by car) and it was perfect to us.

Very nice and well kept place. Ennio and his wife are really nice hosts and the breakfast is the nicest ever. He is an enthusiast of the attractions of Friuli, so trust on him to get tips. Very comfortable beds.

A very special lavish villa close to Venice

it’s such a gem of a house, very tastefully renovated with attention to smallest details. Everything was excellent, from the comfortable bed to delicious breakfast and individual attention and helpfulness of our host. highly recommend!

Everything was excellent. Mr. Ennio and his wife welcomed us very warmly and took care of every wish, and was very kind and he provided great service. The room is clean and cozy with modern decor. Excellent service and location. The Guest House has a beautiful garden. Mr. Ennio asked us what we prefer for breakfast and he made everything he could to accommodate our wishes while also trying to provide the freshest products. Breakfast was supertasty.

The Ginko Guest House is located in a quiet neighborhood. The host and his wife welcomed us very warmly and took care of every wish. The Guest House has a beautiful garden and the rooms are air-conditioned and clean. The building has its own charm, since it was built 100 years ago. But the rooms are newly renovated and well equipped. The host and his wife prepared a delicious breakfast with eggs, ham, cake, brioche etc. In about 25 min, you can get to Lignano by car which is a more quiet beach then its neighbor Bibione.

The hosts are very welcoming and, besides Italian, they speak other languages as well, such as German and English. Prior to our visit, the host asked us what we prefer for breakfast and he made everything he could to accommodate our wishes while also trying to provide the freshest products. The rooms are recently renovated, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We parked for free in the courtyard.

The most friendly hosts I ever met. Really! The house is beautyful, clean, peaceful. You don't find in the village any restaurants or shops, but for that You get patience. It was Easter, we were expected as family members. Antonella and Ennio are very kind people, we wish successes for them.

Sehr gute Unterkunft

Wir waren mit einer Oldtimer-Grupe hier. Ennio der Gastgeber sehr freundlich spricht auch Deutsch. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Curato nei minimi particolari

Mi è piaciuto molto il giardino curato, la ristrutturazione della struttura, l' ampiezza della camera e del bagno (peraltro molto ben arredato e funzionale). Anche il letto era ottimale per un buon riposo. Altra cosa degna di nota è la colazione gia fatta trovare sul tavolo molto ben apparecchiato, con delle chicche tipo le marmellatine artigianali.

Se cercate una colazione abbondante non è questo il caso, era tutto un po' misurato (tipo i mini panini, caldi ma troppo pochi e molto piccoli). Una sola brioche a testa, mentre il salato era eccezionale e di ottima qualità.

Bellissima struttura a pochi km da Lignano, bibione e Jesolo. Camera moderna è molto bella, bellissima la doccia in camera. Parcheggio assicurato. Colazione super, ricca sia di dolce sia di salato. Host gentilissimo e premuroso.

Hervorragender Aufenthalt – rundum empfehlenswert!

Wir haben ein wunderbares Wochenende bei einem äußerst freundlichen und aufmerksamen Gastgeber verbracht. Das Zimmer war top modern, sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet – inklusive Kühlschrank, Sofa, Klimaanlage, Fliegengittern und Fensterläden. Das Bad ließ ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Besonders schön: der gepflegte Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, individuell abgestimmt und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Lage eignet sich ideal für Ausflüge nach Palmanova, Grado oder Marano. Ein Aufenthalt, den wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können!
