Accomodation was nice, they own a whole building with different apartments. Clean and nice rooms, apartment with kitchen. Parking is maybe 150m away from the building and also breakfast area, which is in a reastaurant that the family ownes. So if you come with car, drive buy the building first to leave the bags and then go and park the car. Owners are nice and friendly-more son then the sister.

If I could give mark for the breakfast from 1-10, I would give 6. They realy should make nicer breakfast, considering the fact that it is in their own restaurant. We have eaten in that restaurant at night also, and the food was quite good. The coffe is realy bad also. I have been living in Italy (Rome) for 4 yrs and I know what good coffee is. Cappuccino in the morning that you have with breakfast is realy bad-instead of milk cream, they make this foam that disappers (owners are making it). Quite disappoitnig to go in Italy and have a bad coffee. Hope they will change that. There is literally nothing in that little town, so you can only sit in the car and go somewhere else. That accomodation was on our way and close to Outlet, so that is the reason we stayed there. Accommodations closer to Outlet were all more expensive.

The location is very central. The breakfast is very good. The apartment is nicely furnished and has most of the essential equipment that you may need.

The beds are (in my understanding) too hard and especially bad are the pillows. They are hard as stone.

Great place for family stays.

Hotel Ristorante Cigno has a very good location - relatively close to beach areas, but far from streets crowded by tourists. It has a very nice (family run) restaurant, which serves tasty breakfasts. The hotel also provides a good parking space for its guests. The rooms are well equipped with necessary appliances and the hosts are very responsive to the needs of the guests. The hotel building also has a modern and wide elevator, which is very convenient for those travelling with strollers and etc.

It would be great to have mosquito nets on the windows and more dynamic air conditioners. The water flow of cold and hot waters in the shower was uneven.

Nice stay in Latisana

Perfect room, we reserved family room and was provided with bedroom, living room & small kitchen. Room had coffee maker, mosquito nets, bath accessories and was very clean (also cleaned daily). Parking is provided in nearly parking lot (big enough) and new rooms itself are located in nearly building which is althought very near. There is no need to worry. Breakfast are fabolous, very rich with lot of salty choices. This is definitely very good choice to book if you want to explore Latisana on walk or nearly beaches - Lignano or Bibione by car (which are approx 15minutes). Good choice for both - short oŕ longer stays in area.

An excellent, friendly, and tidy place to stay in a nice small town.

A very nice hotel with really friendly staff. The room had a nice kitchen and a great bathroom. Everything was really clean and tidy. The bed was really comfortable. It was an excellent stay!

The hosts didn't speak very good English, but we were able to figure out everything eventually.

The flat located centrally very close to a restaurant where you can find variety of dishes with very reasonable prices. Breakfast is quite simple like everywhere in Italy.
