Nice quiet villa surrounded by vineyards

Nice quiet villa surrounded by vineyards. The rooms are large and spotless. The breakfast is very generous and a shared kitchen is available in case you want to prepare your meals. Benedetta, the owner, is just the nicest host. All perfect.

Great localozation between grape fields. Helpfull smiling personel with good English. Big rooms with nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Garden outside made for chilling with a book. And best of all 10/10, made by Terre Agricole wines that you can buy there. P.s. We came wit a cat, the place is "animal friendly":)

Landelijk en stijlvol tegelijkertijd

Een zeer ruime kamer en dito badkamer. Van alle gemakken voorzien, aan het bureau kun je prettig werken. Zowel bruisend als niet-bruisend water op je kamer. De inrichting is stijlvol, vanaf de ingang tot alles eigenlijk. De prachtige kachel brandt heerlijk. In de keuken kun je zelf koken. Extra pluspunt zijn de gescheiden afvalbakken. En dat ontbijt… er wordt rekening gehouden met allergieën, er staat zóveel dat het bijna moeilijk is om een keuze te maken. Bij vertrek nog even gesnuffeld in het winkeltje, een lekkere jam en pasta meegenomen. Dikke aanrader!

Séjour très agréable chez Benedetta

Allez y les yeux fermés ! Nous cherchions un logement proche de la plage de Brussa (sauvage, sans transats !) et pas trop loin de Venise pour une excursion à la journée (se garer gratuitement à la gare Gaggio Porta Est et prendre le train une vingtaine de minutes jusqu'au coeur de Venise pour quelques euros). Franchement nous étions très bien, c'est propre, spacieux et vraiment correct pour le prix demandé.

Tutto è andato molto bene. L’appartamento era pulito, accogliente e ben attrezzato. I padroni di casa sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.

Perché posso dare solo 10 punti?

Perché si possono dare solo 10 punti? Quando trovi un posto del genere questi non bastano. Qualità prezzo super, super conveniente....una camera immensa a meno di 50 euro, impossibile da trovare altrove, colazione compresa. Certo, se in mezzo al nulla, ma se conti che sei a mezz'ora dalle spiaggie di Caorle e Jesolo capisci che vale la pena. Posto pulitissimo ed ordinatissimo, pur essendo un'azienda agricola. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale, colazione ed annessi ottima. Consigliatissimo....

Niente....tutto perfetto! Non cambiate e non "montatevi la testa". Quello che fate è grandioso.

La struttura è bellissima immersa nel verde. Abbiamo dormito solo una notte usando la struttura come appoggio dopo un concerto a Lignano ed è stato tutto perfetto.

Beim Frühstück geben sich die Gastgeber viel Mühe. Es ist vielfältig und schön hergerichtet. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll hergerichtet und sauber.

Ein imposantes Weingut in etwa 5 km Entfernung von Portogruaro, in absoluter Ruhelage im Grünen. Netter Empfang, sofortige Hilfestellung mit dem Gepäck. Das Haus ist groß, schönes dunkles Treppenholz, man sieht sofort den gastlichen modernen Frühstücksraum mit Bibliothek Sehr großes modernes Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr großes Bad.

Das Frühstück war phantastisch: Jeden Tag eine andere Eierspeise, selbstgemachten Kuchen und Marmeladen, frisches Obst, … Unsere Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr sauber. Schön war auch die kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Kochmöglichkeiten. Die Besitzer waren sehr hilfsbereit und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos.

Es wäre schön gewesen, ein paar mehr Informationen über die Umgebung zu erhalten, z.B Restaurants oder Regionales (Kunsthandwerk, Konzerte, Events,…). In anderen B&B’s/Agriturismi dieser Art lagen oft Mappen mit guten/wichtigen Adressen aus, die wir auch in Zeiten des Smartphones als sehr hilfreich empfanden.
