Convenient place to stay near Latisana

Good bedroom. Nice shower. Good breakfast.

5pm check in is too late. Location next to noisy railway and quite noisy road.

A+++ hospitality

The hosts were super kind and accommodating. Wonderful croissants and tea/coffee as well as other options for breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Ample parking for several vehicles - which is located in the back of the property. The hosts even provided a coupon to a local restaurant nearby when we were looking for dinner reservations.

A few simple vegetables with breakfast would be a wonderful addition.

We definitely liked the atmosphere, the owners really tried to make us like it here. Breakfast was plentiful and the homemade pancakes were delicious. The room was not large but quite standard for Italy. Everything was spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the parking in the inner courtyard, because in general in Italy parking is not very good.

I really enjoyed the kindness of the host of the hostel (Giorgio and Valentina). They were kind and helpful with the kids and with the tourist information or local places to visit with kids, which sometimes could be difficult.

The only thing that annoy us to some extent, it was the noise isolation of the room. As the hostel is relatively close to the railway line, during the night when he train was running nearby you can hear it.

Breakfast is amazing. It was so delicious. The owner was very sweet and kind. They are really relating to us. The room was very clean. The hotel looks like an art gallery. If you travel to Venice by car, you can stay at this hotel. It is almost far away 50mins from Venice. It should be better. It was really good experience for us.

We had a modern, recently refurbished, very nice room in a house. The breakfast was excellent, and the hosts were very nice.

This hotel may be hard to get to without a car. It is close to a busy road and there is some noise from the cars that pass by.

Very friendly and accommodating hosts, a beautifully furnished room and yummy breakfast.

The street nearby is noisy if you keep the windows open but with the windows closed you cannot hear it at all!

Superb

Although this was just an overnight stay, the owners/hosts were extraordinarily helpful with all our requests (refrigeration of our food, departure time etc.). They also answered all our questions about the surroundings and nearby beaches, which helped us a lot. Lignano was a great choice. The rooms were spotless clean and beautifully arranged, the mattresses were nice and hard (we prefer hard to spongy). The breakfast, including freshly made pancakes and a capuccino, was yummy, thank you!

Lovely place to stay

The owners are super nice, room was lovely, clean and even with aroma lamp, very nice atmosphere. Air conditioned. Comfortable bed! The room was cleaned every day which we really did not expect as it is not a standard. We wouldn’t leave it that messy the first day if we knew somebody is going to clean there :D A lot of space for parking. 30min drive to the beach, also great destination to take a train from when visiting Venice. Tasty breakfast, dogs are welcome.

The room is very clean and the staff was very kind

The breakfast, the breadrolls were dry, only sweet breadspread, the fruit salad however was good. We had the family room and the bunk bed was to unstable for 2 children to sleep, as it was not secured to the wall. The location is too far from the centre to walk for a quick bite. The train does run closely to the house, but didn't run through the night
