The location is excellent, right in the harbour. Although right on the main road we didn't find this to be an issue and the magnificent view more than compensated.
The house is well equipped and the bonus of a private parking space was great. On the whole the place was clean but I think the place could do with a more thorough clean. It may be that being the end of the season this is overdue, but there were a few cobwebs in the bedroom, skirting boards needed a good wipe, the bathroom floor looked like toothpaste stains and the sink felt sticky but I think this was from a cleaning product not being rinsed. I think a doormat would be useful - it felt awkward stepping inside with nowhere to wipe your feet. However, I would stay here again and just leaving this as constructive feedback for the owner.

Being so close to the harbour was nice
Bedrooms felt damp and the road outside the property was extremely busy all day and night. The parking stayed enough space for two which is true if you’re happy with half a car sticking out onto the lane.

The property was in a wonderful location and the off-street parking was a huge bonus. The property is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was comfortable for 6 of us for a week, with enough space to spread out. The views, as you can see from the pictures, are incredible.
We genuinely had a wonderful stay and I think the property is excellent value for money. Brixham is a fantastic place with so much to do.
The views, location and size make this a wonderful place to stay. The price we paid, at the height of the season, was fair and reasonable.
Would we go back? 100% yes.
We had very few problems and to pick on things is churlish. But if I'm being 100% honest, there was a slight smell of damp in one of the bedrooms and the lack of a washing machine was slightly annoying. There was no cafetiere or real coffee maker, which was a little odd in such a classy place.
In most B&Bs there's a booklet that provides some info on local services, where to eat, drink and so on, and where to put your recycling. This didn't exist here.
The floor in the living room and the mat there could do with a deep clean. We stayed at the end of what I imagine is a long and busy season and these are minor things.
In the end, these are tiny things and didn't impact our stay (which was wonderful), but I have to be honest.
We searched for a long time to find a great place to stay, and we were delighted with this one. 100% recommended!

Great location free parking spacious
The parking was very tight for my car a KIA Ceed saloon I think that it would be good if they said about the parking size in the details and that the parking space is in front of the flat as I was looking in the car park for a space I think if I had had an SUV type car I am not sure it would have fitted

Location of apartment is fantastic, excellent view and 5 minutes stroll to Brixham Quay. Very well furnished and everything you need for a short stay. Big bonus is to have a parking space directly next to apartment. The three bedrooms are very spacious, lots of storage space and a very comfortable lounge.
There were only a couple of negative comments. Unfortunately there was a family staying in apartment above the bedrooms which did create a lot of noises, we did contact the owner of our apartment who in turn contacted the owner of apartment above and I also requested the family directly to reduce the running and jumping above but sadly it did continue. I also felt that even though the central heating system was very good, the bedroom that overlooks the decking/driveway felt chilly , I think it has less insulation than the rest of apartment.

We had an amazing stay at this property and would highly recommend to anyone… very clean, so comfortable, very spacious and so welcoming… just a really nice place to stay…. Private parking was a plus, nice lounging area out the front, perfect view… very close to the shops, pubs and food which is always great… the owner is so helpful and pleasant to work with…. Lovely lady… 10/10… thank you again…

Apartment felt like home. Loads of pretty accessories and chairs to add extra comfort. View from the lounge was fabulous - huge window looking out to sea. Really close to the harbour. Parking for two cars. Beds were very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen cupboards.

The location in the town is very good --- Brixham harbour is only a couple of minutes walk away, and very nice to walk around in, and there are lots of shops and restaurants are within 5 minutes walk. Apartment is clean and comfortable, plenty of space. Overall we had a really nice few days. Plenty of interesting other places to visit (beaches, towns, walks) within a short drive.
There is a road right in front of the property where cars sometimes come past quite fast, and backing the car in or out needs to be done carefully. Also the wi-fi didn't work very well.

It is a very good experience. The location is closed to the harbour and very good view in the sitting room. Ashley is very kind and very helpful when I did not know how to open the heating system.
