La casa es de ensueño. Además la urbanización es magnífica, excelentemente situada y muy bien cuidada. Hay una puerta de acceso de la casa y otra para la urbanización con código.

Es una casa pensada para el verano, con lo que faltan algunos detalles de invierno, como por ejemplo, un perchero para dejar los abrigos o las herramientas de la chimena.

Communication was very good. Villa is walking distance to beach and the view from the top floor master bedroom is nice.

The refrigerator did not cool at all; this had clearly been a problem that had gone unaddressed with previous renters. We had to throw away food as the fridge could not keep it cold. I mentioned it to the landlord who said he was sorry but did not offer to reimburse us. If you are thinking of renting here, ask whether the refrigerator is new! The villa in general is in dire need of maintenance and some upkeep: the master bathroom handheld shower unit was held together to the wall with a hair tie, the door lock downstairs was coming off the wall, there were little things falling apart, etc. The kitchen had old, scratched, unusable cookware, though when I complained they promptly reimbursed me for a new stock pot. Note that the back doors of the main floor open up to a ground floor patio that is totally enclosed; while it does offer privacy, there is no breeze but there are tons of mosquitoes, which made it necessary to keep that door closed all the time, making the living room quite dark and unappealing.
