The property was clean and tidy and had been renovated since we were last there. The bed was very comfortable. The landlord was friendly and helpful as usual. He was very accommodating with our late arrival time. The property was also very close to my parents home so very convenient for our needs. The property was very close to Estepona which meant that it was close to all amenities that Estepona has to offer. There were some local shops at the bottom of the hill so there was no need to go into Estepona town. Gibraltar is only about an hour away to the south and on a good day you can see the rock from Estepona beach. The pool was clean and available but we didn’t use it as it wasn’t why we were there. There was a barbecue available too but again we didn’t use it as not appropriate for us.
There were some loose floor tiles on the footpath from the road to the property but on the whole everything was good.

Lovely Tranquilla :) apartment with gorgeous views, host Philip is so accommodating arrived later on and the rooms were lovely toasty and warm, smart tv so were able to have a chill and watch a film after a week of watching random tv channels. Apartment was very well stocked, beds so comfortable, clean and cosy! My son wanted to go in the pool (in the middle of December at 9pm! I knowww!) which Philip accommodated and took the pool cover off which was very kind! Wish I stayed longer to take it all in!
Nothing was perfect sad I didn’t book additional nights!

Villa was advertised as having a heated pool . Pool was not heated and poor Maintenance. Shower lukewarm. Left a day early as guests above were extremely noisy and partied until 3am in morning !!!.
