We loved our little boat, so much fun to be on. The boat lay out was perfect and great that we could sleep with the patio doors open straight out onto the water. The bar/restaurant boat situated along our dock really enhanced our stay. Cold beers in the afternoon in the armchairs and freshly made pizza dough delicious. The staff were all super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back to stay again!
Just a small thing (and no fault of Boathaus). If you were hoping to get a view of the rock of Gibraltar from the upper boat deck you will be disappointed. Building work has now blocked this view. This, in no way, spoils the stay as the view onto the marina is lovely 🥰

The House board was very quirky, which is why we chose it. It couldn’t have been in a better location right next to Gibraltar.
The boat was a bit tired on top was Astroturf which was torn. It wasn’t very clean and the shower was very poor you had to hold it in one hand as it didn’t fit on the hook properly and it just trickled out

We loved it - so much fun and with secure car parking. Clear check-in instructions. The boat was well equipped with a hot shower. We enjoyed the roof terrace and it is a minute from the border to British Gibraltar. La Linea beach is quite close as well.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It was the only minus. I would hesitate to stay again, without confirmation of rectification of this. Also, things were a bit tight with the bed out. I also put neutral for the staff, as we did not see any
