Very clean modern and in excellent condition. Plenty of room for Barbara, our adult son Elliot and I. Would be fine for four people. There was even a parasol and a large beach blanket provided. If I stop in Monopoli again I would definitely stop there. Antonia the owner was very helpful and friendly. Parking is in the driveway behind a secure entrance gate operated by a remote. Didn't hear any road noise during the night, it's one block back from the road. Thank you Antonia x.

Very clean & comfortable for a couple, close to restaurants, very close to private beaches or what they call in Italian “Lido”, walking distance to town & the historic centre. Hosts were great to deal with, nothing was an issue. All the home comforts required to catch up on washing before your next destination.
No issues.

Casa pulitissima e nuova, spaziosa e dotata di tutto quello che serve. Posizione fantastica, ottima per andare a piedi al mare e nel centro storico

Mega nette Host, unkomplizierter Kontakt und CheckIn/CheckOut.
Die kleinen Details (Stranddecke, Schirm vorhanden).
Parkplatz vorhanden.
Strand direkt in der Nähe.
Man muss genau lesen, damit man sieht, dass nur ein Zimmer ein Whirlpool hat.
