Casa Dormio

Full equipped kitchen and parking next to back entrance with no steps needed to lug luggage. Nice neighborhood and swimming just across the street. Very responsive Host. Would have really enjoyed staying longer.

Well provisioned, esp. for self-catering, with an effective air-con set-up. Well positioned for access to local facilities - town only a 10 minute walk away and sea swimming at a sand beach 5 minutes away. Private parking very convenient.

Not a dislike per se but the internal decor was a little haphazard and in need of a little TLC. A list of local facilities would be helpful: closest grocery store, pharmacy.

Location to excellent beaches, proximity to center of monopoli, and WiFi was incredibly fast!

Parking was very tight for a midsize car but we were able to manage it

This is an ideal beach house for a couple or a small family. The location is unbeatable with a lovely public beach just across the road. You are also very close to some good restaurants and beach clubs. The property is also a 10 minute walk from the historic center where there are great food options. And the 10 minute walk back is perfect to help your pasta digest while taking in the night life. The property is spacious and very comfortable. Piero is an incredible host and is very responsive when helping you get checked in and out. The whole flow is seamless. He also provides coffee and water upon your arrival. Genuinely cannot fault this property, we had a lovely time and I would highly recommend it to anyone heading down to Monopoli.

There was nothing that I did not like, the only heads up I would give is that while the house is stocked with a lot of bath towels, we were unable to find any beach towels so we had to grab our own. Come prepared for that. But otherwise, there is nothing lacking in this property.
