Location to excellent beaches, proximity to center of monopoli, and WiFi was incredibly fast!

Parking was very tight for a midsize car but we were able to manage it

This is an ideal beach house for a couple or a small family. The location is unbeatable with a lovely public beach just across the road. You are also very close to some good restaurants and beach clubs. The property is also a 10 minute walk from the historic center where there are great food options. And the 10 minute walk back is perfect to help your pasta digest while taking in the night life. The property is spacious and very comfortable. Piero is an incredible host and is very responsive when helping you get checked in and out. The whole flow is seamless. He also provides coffee and water upon your arrival. Genuinely cannot fault this property, we had a lovely time and I would highly recommend it to anyone heading down to Monopoli.

There was nothing that I did not like, the only heads up I would give is that while the house is stocked with a lot of bath towels, we were unable to find any beach towels so we had to grab our own. Come prepared for that. But otherwise, there is nothing lacking in this property.

Across the street from the beach/water, 10 min walk to old town and grocery store within minutes. The apartment is very comfortable for 2 adults and child. The owner was accommodating in holding our luggage the day of arrival until we could officially check in. Also, arranging for transport very early on departure day was also very welcomed.

Mooi groot appartement met privé parkeerplaats. Stranden voor de deur (Lido Paradiso is erg mooie plek) alsmede Vamooi fietsen. Het centrum van Monopoli is hiermee erg snel te bereiken. Eurospin en Familia supermarkten dichtbij. Bed en douche zijn uitstekend. En tuin is een bonus. We hadden wat problemen met de airco maar dit is slagvaardig opgelost door de beheerder.
