Todo excelente, la atención, gentileza y amabilidad de Rosalba. El lugar limpio, cómodo. Nada que cambiar.... Excelente. y eso que soy exigente!! superó totalmente mis expectativas!! De todos los lugares que contraté en Italia, sin dudarlo el más sobresaliente.

Very spacious property in a great location to walk to everything, especially all the beaches. The host was very helpful and responsive.

There was some construction and balconies couldn’t be used. Power would overload and go out on multiple occasions.

Duży przestronny apartament, czysty w dobrej lokalizacji. Idealny dla 8 osób.

Niestety obecnie na budynku trwa remont i nie ma dostępu do głównego balkonu, więc wieczorem nie ma gdzie sobie odpocząć , gdyż rusztowanie z siatkami i brak balustrad sprawiają że nie ma całkowitej możliwości wykorzystania balkonu. Dodatkowo od godziny 7:00 rozpoczynały się prace remontowe i było głośno,a robotnicy byli przy oknach .

Perfect Location: An easy walking distance to both the beautiful beach and the historic Old Town. Spotlessly Clean & Spacious: The 4th-floor apartment was completely spotless. The three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) were lovely, big, and spacious with great wardrobe space for our 4-night stay. The building lift was a lifesaver for our suitcases. Good wifi. Comfortable Amenities: The air conditioning worked beautifully, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. The kitchen is well-equipped, and having a washing machine available was very handy (note: no dishwasher). Welcoming Touches: We highly appreciated finding complimentary snacks and water waiting for us in the refrigerator on arrival. Wonderful Hospitality: A huge thank you to Rosalba for pre-booking our taxi from Brindisi Airport. It was incredibly helpful and made our arrival seamless. Excellent Communication: She was incredibly quick and helpful replying to all our WhatsApp messages before arrival. She made it so easy to arrange the key pickup and smoothly facilitated our late arrival...Thank You Great Surrounding Area: Monopoli is a fabulous town. Wonderful restaurants are just steps away, and there is a great late bar just three doors up. Overall: We had a really wonderful holiday and would gladly stay here again and would definitely recommend it—though we would definitely double-check next time that the scaffolding is down so we can fully enjoy the balcony and view.

We were a bit disappointed to find construction scaffolding still in place and white dust sheeting on the scaffolding blocking the windows and balcony access. The owner had mentioned it would be gone by June, so it was a shame to only find out it was still up while on our way from the airport. We missed having the view and outdoor balcony space.
