Great apartment with a good location – but lacked a bit of maintenance
Overall, we had a nice stay, but there are both pros and cons that might be useful for future guests to know.
What was good:
Fresh and pleasant: The apartment itself was very nice, fresh, and comfortable to stay in.
Great location: Perfectly located with easy access to the eastern parts of Monopoli.
What was not so good:
Unresolved issues: The kitchen extractor hood was not plugged in when we arrived, and unfortunately, it wasn't fixed during our entire stay.
Lack of service on reported issues: A completely loose door handle was pointed out to the host and promised to be fixed, but was never addressed.
Difficult parking: Even though parking is included, you shouldn't count on being able to use it if you have a normal to larger-sized car, as other people parked very poorly in the area.

Communication went great, the place was really clean and the apartment is even bigger in real life. Every great beach was in less than 10 minutes walking distance and the old town was 15 min by walk. Loved it here and if you’re reading this review dont hesitate to book it, fantastic host and beautiful apartment.

Amazing!! Perfect location- right near the beach and walkable distance to the historic centre, also sea view from the balcony! The property is huge, with everything you need and very clean:) The host was super nice to us and picked us up on the train station too. Pleasant experience
