spiral stairs have steps very narrow on inside, need to be extra careful (but there is a lift as alternative). also need to go outdoors between living & sleeping areas which was freezing!

Good

The location is excellent! The property is spacious and in central location.

The entrance is not easy to find coz we don't know the Finnish and nearby Spa receptionist direct us to a wrong way. We have to contact owner and he sent us a video. If owner can send the direction video to us early and will help us a lot. The negative was the living room lighting: more than 6 bulbs were out of order. The sauna room did not work properly until we ask the owner how to switch on. The sauna heating take many hours to hot, so we all cannot enjoy ! The wi-fi not workable as well. When we gone then receive the wi-fi message from owner. Overall, if owner could manage those information much clearer to traveller. It will min his time and help us a lot.

Elina (the host) has been superb! very spacious apartment sauna Jacuzzi

there is a missing aisle between the two side of the apartment. you have to go through the balcony at -9 degrees. but I believe it will be fixed in the near future

Lage top, Wohnung Flop.

Lage war top, man konnte alles bequem per Bus oder im Centrum zu Fuß erreichen. Whirlpool und Sauna waren gut. Gut auch das 3 WC vorhanden waren.

Sehr viele Sachen ( Wände, Möbel, Licht) waren defekt bzw. stark beschädigt. Die Fenster waren undicht und bei über -20 grad war es sehr kalt in den Schlafzimmern. Morgens ging ab 6.30Uhr irgendeine Lüftung an was sehr laut war und an schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken. WLAN war nicht vorhanden wie beschrieben auch kein Router vorhanden, wir hatten ein paar Mal den Vermieter angeschrieben um das Problem zu beheben aber nach der 2ten Frage haben wir keine Antwort mehr bekommen. Dieses war sehr ärgerlich da wir 7 Tage dort waren. Man kann die Wohnung bis 11Uhr buchen um kurz nach 10Uhr kamen schon die Reinigungskräfte. Die Wohnung müsste mal komplett renoviert und neu möbliert werden.
