Chalet Santa Ana 7 by VillaGranCanaria

The Villa was excellent, great location, well equipped with lots of space inside and outside in the garden. Views every morning were amazing. Villa had 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, outside gas BBQ, seating for 6-8 people and sunbeds. There is an amazing swimming pool area, but sadly it was not heated and was just way to cold to use, something that I believe should be addressed. The sea was only 400 metres away and although chilly was a lot warmer than the swimming pool.

There is a Jacuzzi which unfortunately is priced as an add on, at eye watering amount for each week, around 500 euros, which we didn't opt for. The sea was only 400 metres away and although chilly was a lot warmer than the swimming pool. Could be very noisy in peak seasons with the music and carpark situated in front of the villa.

Ligging, hoeveelheid handdoeken, goeie bedden, compleet ingerichte keuken, goed werkende AC installaties in alle vertrekken, tuin en het grote zwembad.

Begane grond badkamer is wat gedateerd maar wel compleet en schoon hoor.

Lage hervorragend, Aussicht Toll, aber ist an der Zeit nochmal das Haus zu renovieren, Boden im Erdgeschoß total kaputt, Bäder waren auch mal schöner. Sonst sehr schön, Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Renovierung überfällig

Lovely view over the ocean and the sun rise! Near the ocean and the dunes. Nice beds, generous outside area incl balcony. Large kitchen with a lot of utensils. Access to a large pool with good water temperature. You hear the restaurants and the ocean, but it is not irritating. Good shower upstairs (didn´t use the downstairs bathroom), with good water pressure. Possibility to rent a hot tub (but too expensive for us). Washing machine. A bottle of water when we arrived was appreciated. Flexbile with check-in time witch we needed (arrived early) and was thankful for!

Wifi was unstable. There is fiber installed in the house, but not plugged in and we were connected through 4G-router. Perhaps something that is fixed soon? We needed a wifi extender (which we brought since we where going to work from several places aroung the island during our trip) to be able to use wifi upstairs and downstairs. A few cockroaches, otherwise clean. A bit of a moisty smell in the downstairs bathroom. No dishwasher.
