This duplex has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower on the top floor and one toilet on the ground floor, a spacious living room-kitchen, access to a wonderful terrace with views and hammocks to enjoy long hours of sunshine.
It is equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning, kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, washing machine and kitchen utensils.

A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.

Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A 500€ deposit is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
One dog can be hosted for a surcharge. Please note that it is not permitted to stroll the dog inside the complex.

Fantastic villa.We had a great stay at Carlos’s place.Ideal location, beautifully decorated and the garden was just perfect.We spent many days chilling out there looking at the views of the sea and the dunes.Will definitely be back.

👍 Location close to the beach, spacious, clean and nice house, good rooms and very fine beds, good communication with the host
👎 Hard rock cafe had an "after party" with very loud music until 2.30 AM despite them closing at 10 or 11 PM (depending on day of the week). During the day when on the terrace, you can hear the kitchen noises from Hard Rock, their AC and the music, so it was ok if running around with the kids, but too loud to lie down and relax

Location is great near to the beach and lots of restaurants around the area. I enjoyed staying in Carlos property and I’m very thankful he allowed us to extend our time until 3 in the afternoon while we are waiting for our flight. I really appreciate it! Overall all good…
