Sehr tolle Lage mit beeindruckendem Blick auf das Meer und Teil der Dünen.
Promenade und Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar. Haus ist Teil einer abgeschlossenen Anlage. Pool der Anlage ist klasse und wird jeden Morgen gereinigt. Terrasse bietet tollen Schatten mit dem schönen Baum und noch genug Fläche zum Sonnen mit ausreichend Liegen. Separater Parkplatz ist auf der Anlage verfügbar. Ingesamt super für eine 4-köpfige Familie
Kleine Ameisen auf der Terrasse, die aber zum Glück nicht ins Haus gekommen sind. Daher haben sie uns nicht wirklich gestört.

Sehr gut ,aber kleine Reparaturen wären notwendig an : Fenster , Türen,Wasserhähne,Lampen außen .Ansonsten war der Ausblick toll und der Rest auch 🧡
Es gab leider keine kleine Gabeln für Kuchen ansonsten war alles da 👍

Location was great. Close to the beach, restaurants, and bars.
The renovation work at the neighbours. And the price/quality ratio. The property is good (a bit dated though), the location is great, but it is quite expensive.
