Recently renovated, inside it’s all fresh and light interiors, with just the right touch of coastal accents to nod to the coast. Wake up each morning to the sounds of distant waves in the serene crow’s nest bedroom upstairs, before opening the curtains to reveal a glimpse of the sea. Outside, there’s a spacious yard hugging all sides of the home to give a feeling of privacy and offering plenty of entertaining spaces. Take your pick from two fire pit seating areas adorned with festoon lighting – there’s a spot in the secluded backyard or out front for sunset views. Foodies will love the Traeger barbeque, complete with a wifi app and meat probe that alerts you when your meat is cooked to perfection. We’re particularly fond of the quaint outdoor shower area. It’s perfect for washing off sandy feet from a day at the beach or cooling down after a hike in Fiscalini Ranch Preserve – both within walking distance. Or simply for showering under the stars as the fire pit blazes in the distance, just because you can.
