A Dolphin Dreams is a truly magnificent getaway. From the rooftop enjoy sweeping ocean views and spectacular sunsets while sitting in the spa or enjoying a glass of wine. Located just one block from the rocky beach and tide pools, and only a short drive from Cambria, this home provides the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Our home is one block away from the scenic one-mile boardwalk that winds along the coastal bluffs as part of the 400-acre Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, offering breathtaking ocean views, opportunities to observe local wildlife like sea otters playing in the waves and whales migrating in the distance. The Fiscalini Ranch Preserve is a unique habitat that allows you to observe eagles and other rare birds while hiking on multiple trails amongst the protected Monterrey Pine forests.
This spacious, well-appointed three-bedroom home (king, queen, and two twin beds) features two-and-a-half baths and offers an exceptional serene coastal retreat. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare memorable meals. Additional amenities include rooftop, front and back deck patios, adjacent serene private gardens, wireless internet, TV, DVD player, gas fireplace, gas BBQ, hair dryers (in each full bath), washer/dryer, dishwasher, library with a relaxing niche to read and a variety of board games.

Beautiful home. Comfy, cozy, clean. Well stocked with everything. Loved the view and the rooftop jacuzzi. So much nicer being in a neighborhood than on hotel row.

The house is in a great location, very close to the beach and fiscalini trail entrance. It was also very clean and well maintained. Would recommend for sure :)

Overall, the property was beautiful. We mainly rented it for the hot tub. However it's on the roof, so there is another flight of stairs to climb, you're completely exposed to other neighbors and have no privacy. The kitchen is spacious but the living room has a very limited view of the ocean. Gorgeous garden area in the back, but can only get to it from the side garage door or you go through the downstairs bedroom. It's a beautiful house, I love that it had 3 restrooms, it just wasn't what I was looking for.
