30 minute walk to collect keys and return to property to gain access. Same issue on departure. Rental company unwilling to give early access to property despite the property being empty at time of arrival. Ski storage shed is tiny but the property has rules forbidding any sky equipment being brought into the property (including boots). The storage shed has enough space for skis but not boots. Where are we supposed to leave our boots at night??!?

Perfect location. 3 steps from the centre. Works well for a group of friends or family.

Parking is no longer private, but host immediately reimbursed cost of under cover parking (receipt needed) - its only a few minutes walk away. No boot room: Ski locker is outside, & boots need removing before entry so they can dry out which is OK but a fiddle.

Excellent location. Large comfortable beds that can sleep 8 (2 per bed). Well appointed bathrooms. Generous living space.

There were no basic pantry items like oil, salt and pepper and not even a pantry cupboard to store supplies. The sensor light in the stairwell does not turn on immediaty and times out too quickly which is dangerous.

- Excellent location in general. Everything is within few meters reach. - Free parking which was great. - We enjoyed the apartment vibe. It felt like a cabin. - Good washing machine and drier available inside the cabin.

- First of all, we extremely disliked the fact that we were being video recorded by the owners at the entrance area. They never requested our permission and it was not part of the add when we booked. We think this should be communicated prior to booking so the customer can decide if they are comfy with this. - We were a group of 7 and the last bed was beside some stairs and it did't feel safe (the net beside the bed was not secured at all). Our friend ended up moving the mattress to the floor which reduced even further the tiny space available in that room. - There are two bathrooms in the apartment. However, one of them was directly part of the 3-persons bedroom meaning there was no door between the room and the bathroom. This made it extremely uncomfortable as the bathroom couldn't be used without the rest of the people of the room leaving. Also, all the smell propagated to the room which in many cases was awful. - Several of us got splinters in our feet from the wooden floor. - There was not enough hot water for all of us and it takes quite some time to heat up. This was very inconvenient after a whole day skiing.
