About this apartment rental

This 140sqm penthouse in the heart of Chamonix is a unique property. Whether it's the breathtaking views, thebalneos, the balconies, the fully-equipped kitchen, or the comfort of the bedrooms and bathrooms. All you have to do is take advantage of the different services on offer. Private parking is also available (10mn walking distance).

Occupying the entire top floor of a building typical of 1950s Alpine architecture, you'll find:
> Entrance/hallway leading to the apartment's various rooms
> Comfortable living room with 130cm SmartTV and audio system throughout the apartment. A private balcony and dining area complete this living space.
> Fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, microwave, etc.) and bar opening onto the living room and dining area.
> Bedroom (#1) with king-size bed (possibility of 2 single beds), TV and access to private balcony.
> Bedroom (#2) with 2 single beds (possibility of 1 king-size bed), TV and access to private balcony.
> Bathroom (#1) with balneo bath and washbasin
Please note: the sauna shower in bathroom 1 is currently out of order.

Communication with management company was generally good butwhil removing the trash was required, they did not know where the nearest trash collection point was.

Superb, spacious and clean apartment right in the middle of town. Easy access to the bus stops for going skiing and the Aiguille du Midi cable car. The apartment was very well equipped, rooms are decent size and beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The apartment is great, the whole top floor of a small building just steps away from the town center. The entrance is a bit hidden and there was some construction on the side, so it was a bit confusing when we first arrived and it was dark. The apartment is so centrally located that you cannot drive your car up to it unless it is before 10am which worked well when we departed. The apartment is massive, with plenty of space for our group of 8, each bedroom has a bathroom and the dining/living room is spacious to fit everyone comfortably. Kitchen is nice and well equipped. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay!
