FAMILY CHALET located in the CENTER OF CHAMONIX 100 meters from pedestrian areas, 150 meters of bus transport that serve all ski areas. 150 meters from the start of the Aiguille du Midi cable car (white valley)
Quiet place not overlooked direct with a panoramic view of Mont Blanc and the mountains of the valley. Private parking. Garden.
The cottage you can do everything on foot, ski and après ski, shopping restaurant cinema etc ...
The DUPLEX IS IN 2nd and last floor of the chalet. It has a balcony. It has been completely renovated, is of great comfort and has a refined decoration - CLASSIFICATION 3 STARS
I was born in Chamonix where I spent my childhood I come back again every summer and winter season
This duplex is my second home. Chamonix is a single station, the station of the first Olympic games

We rented this place for one month. We needed a large place as our daughters and their families would also be joining us. We found the place very clean upon our arrival. We needed a crib for one of our grandchildren and the owner had arranged for a crib to be installed prior to our arrival. There was one double bed; all of the others were single beds but were comfortable. The location of the chalet in Chamonix Sud is excellent as it permits you to walk to pretty much any part of town. You really only need a car if you are going to other parts of the valley. The property does have outdoor parking which is very convenient. Also, our kids were able to take advantage of the yard. The chalet is far enough removed from the main streets so it was relatively quiet plus the sound of the river that passes by within 30 yards of the house also aided in sleeping. The rental is for the floor of the top balcony that you see in the picture. It has a loft above that has a full bathroom and four beds and foldout couch. However, the loft is just below the roof which slants down. As a result, several of the beds are only a foot or two below the roof. My wife and I bumped our heads on the ceiling and beams several times the first few days before we learned to watch out above. If you use the loft during the summer, use the overhead windows to help with the heat and ventilation. The bedrooms are small. Two of them have closets with hanging space. The others have some storage space

My group had a wonderful stay at your chalet. It was very conveniently located near to all shops and cafes one could want to visit in Chamonix. The gondola to Brevent and Aguille du Midi were also a short walk away and very manageable in ski boots. There were more than enough beds to accommodate a large group. I would highly recommend this VRBO to others looking to stay in Chamonix.

Lovely property, with a wonderful central location and a great view of Mont Blanc. The facilities coped very well for our party of 7 adults and 2 teenagers with very decent showers and kitchen facilities. We would definitely contact the very helpful Anne Marie should we return to Chamonix (likely)!

The apartment was superb - very clean and had all the utensils needed for cooking 'at home' etc. It is in an excellent location, very near all the shops and restaurants. We will not hesitate to book the accommodation again.

rès belle surprise malgré les photos de l'annonce qui rendent assez mal compte de l'appartement. celui ci est beau, vaste, pratique et bien agencé avec des équipements de qualité et à un prix raisonnable. Ce qui fait également la différence c'est que l'appartement est très bien situé ( à 100 m de l'avenue de l'aiguille du midi) : à la fois très proche du centre et das un environnement calme avec un grand jardin et une vue splendide sur le mont Blanc. De plus nous avons été très bien accueillis par une propriétaire fort sympathique.
