Nice location with a fantastic view to the mountains and suitable distance to the centre.

Amazing view. Nice walking distance from the center. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for 8-10 people.

Disappointing stay in a tired and expensive chalet

Good that chalet had five bedrooms

We made Happy Rentals aware that we would be arriving at the chalet after midnight , which they acknowledged. We had a private transfer arranged from Geneva to the chalet; so did not have the need to study the detailed driving directions that were provided. The fact that we had to collect the keys from Happy Rentals office was hidden in the middle of the driving instructions and we missed this. On the front page of the document it says that if Happy Rentals office is closed we should collect the keys from the safety box; we incorrectly assumed that this box was at the chalet, when in fact it was at the office. This meant that two of our party had to walk from the chalet to the office and back at 2am in the morning. This should be made much clearer. Chalet was a 20 minute walk into town and a difficult uphill walk on return with shopping and pushing a pushchair. Chalet is in need of an update and a thorough clean; difficult to believe that a 355 euro service clean was carried out on the chalet before we arrived. The free wifi did not work for the duration of our stay , this was reported to Happy Rentals. Some of the cups were chipped on the rims. I would not expect to pay extra for a cot and highchair for a baby given the high charge for the chalet. My wife sat on a dining chair and one of the legs gave way causing my wife to fall on the floor; luckily she was not badly injured. This broken chair was reported to Happy Rentals.

It would have been a lot more effort without a car.
