About this apartment rental

120sqm loft recently renovated with quality materials and equipment. You'll appreciate the ideal location, the en suite bathrooms and the comfortable living room with sauna and pellet stove for family and friends. With breathtaking panoramic views from the balconies, all that's left for you to do is discover the valley's wonderful playground, with hiking trails on the doorstep or public transport just a few steps away. Located on the 2nd (No lift) and top floor, this apartment comprises the following rooms:
> 3 bedrooms (queen-size bed) each with en-suite bathroom (shower or bath, washbasin, toilet)
> Comfortable living room (TV, audio system, ps3) with sauna and pellet stove for cosy moments with loved ones.
> 4th bedroom on mezzanine accessible from living room. Not suitable for children under 12 as there are no railings on the ladder.
> Modern, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, extractor hood, American fridge, raclette, fondue, etc.).
> 2 balconies for even greater enjoyment of the apartment's lovely views.

A garage (laundry room and ski room with boot warmer) and 2 parking spaces complete this property.


During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Centrally located, just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Chamonix. The same goes for the departure of the Aiguille du Midi cable car. Carrefour supermarket 200m away. Hiking trails, such as the Plan de l'Aiguille, are just a few steps away.
It's best to consider taking transport to reach the Brevent ski area or the beginners' ski area on the Planards side, both a 5-minute drive away.
The pleasure of an ideal location with 2 parking spaces included.


As for public transport, you'll need less than 10min to walk to the train station (700m), where you'll find the Mont-Blanc-Express train to easily discover the rest of the valley, free of charge thanks to our guest cards. The nearest bus station is 350m away.
For travelers with vehicles, there's a private garage for one car, as well as the possibility of parking a second in front of the garage.
Ideal position for easy access to Les Houches and Argentière (10min), Megève and St Gervais (30min) or Annecy and Geneva (1h15).

Unit was very clean, spacious and modern. Sauna was added bonus. Location convenient to center of village, easy walk. Appliances were modern and appreciated access to manuals because stove top was someone complicated because it was new to us. Very large refrigerator. Good selection of cooking pans. Storage space for clothes was very limited. Videos were helpful but the nest thermostat for the pellet stove did not work. I spend alot of time trying to get the pellet stove to work. The only source of heat is one radiator and the pellet stove so it is important that it work. We did report problem. The managers wanted me to send pictures to websites that I was not familiar with instead of sending someone to resolve the issue. Overall the unit was very nice and would recommend it.

Excellent property for my family of five. Great access around town and Aiguille du Midi lift. Very responsive service from Yassir with Mana properties. Strongly recommend!!

Not enough hot water for more than 2 showers. No updates from property management after 2 messages on the topic. For cost of weekly stay, I would have to expected more attention to my inquiry and to have the matter addressed. Sink in hall bathroom is broken. One of two barber chairs also broken - friend almost fell out of chair. Coach is not wearing well and is very dirty under cushions. Bath towels are soft and fluffy. However, no extra towels provided for sauna. Location was great and parking for 2 vehicles was appreciated. Large dining area was great for the group.
