Located in the Mouilles neighborhood—a popular area known for its tranquility, yet just a short walk from downtown Chamonix and its shops—this new apartment is ideal for your stays with family or friends.
Completed this year, it combines comfort, modernity, and spacious rooms with a total area of 118 m².

Your apartment will be laid out as follows:
On the first floor:
- an entryway with storage
- a bathroom (shower, toilet, and bathtub) accessible to people with disabilities
In the living area:
- a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, microwave, etc.)
- a dining area with a spacious dining table that seats 8 people.
- a sofa area that converts into a sofa bed, allowing a person who cannot climb stairs to sleep on the first floor and have access to the bathroom on the same floor.
- A laundry area with a washer/dryer, providing access to the garage from inside the house.
On the first floor:
- a living area with a sofa, armchairs, and a 120-cm Smart TV
- a bathroom with a bathtub and sink
- a guest restroom
- a small office area
- 1 bedroom ideal for children with a bunk bed consisting of two single beds (90x190 cm), a dresser, and access to the balcony.
- 1 bedroom with a 190x200cm double bed, a closet, and access to the balcony.
- 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a small office area, storage, and access to the balcony
- 1 bedroom larger than the other three, suitable as a master bedroom, with storage, a desk, and a queen-size bed.
A private, enclosed 17-square-meter garage, also accessible from inside the house, provides space to park a car and store sports equipment.

A very quiet residential neighborhood with the feel of an authentic small Alpine village. Centrally located, just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Chamonix. Hiking trails start just a few steps away, such as the Plan de l’Aiguille trail or the trail leading to Montenvers.
It’s best to use public transportation to reach the Brevent ski areas or those in the rest of the valley; the former are a 5-minute drive away. Les Planards, for beginners, is the only one accessible on foot. You’ll also find summer toboggan runs there.
The downtown supermarket is 900 meters away, and you’ll find all the amenities you need nearby (bakeries, cafés, etc.).
If you’re traveling by car, you’ll have access to a locked garage that can accommodate one car, as well as a parking space in front of your entrance.
If you’re using public transportation, you’ll be a 10-minute walk from the train station, where you can catch the Mont-Blanc Express to explore the rest of the valley.
You can also take the Montenvers train (Mer de Glace).
The nearest bus stop is on Line 2, near the Médiathèque.
The apartment is ideally located for easy access to Les Houches and Argentières (10 minutes by car) and is about 30 minutes from Megève and Saint-Gervais.
During snowy periods of the year, snow tires or chains are mandatory under Decree No. 2020-1264 of October 16, 2020, regarding the requirement for certain vehicles to be equipped during the winter season. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.
