A sunny three-room apartment located in a prestigious building adjacent to the Aiguille du Midi aerial cableway station, near the pedestrian street in downtown Chamonix, within easy reach of boutiques, shops, and restaurants. Located in a quiet area, close to the shuttle stop for quick access to all the ski resorts. The three-room apartment has just been renovated; it is on the second floor with a south-facing orientation, is sunny, and offers panoramic views of the Bosson Glacier, the Aiguille du Midi, and Mont Blanc, as well as a spacious balcony where you can sunbathe, TV, DVD player, and USB HD player; a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, and a mountain-style kitchenette (equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, and a 4-burner stovetop); 2 beautiful double bedrooms (sleeping a total of 7), separate toilet, bathroom with washing machine, large shower (90x140 cm) with chromotherapy, hydromassage, and waterfall feature, Finnish SAUNA, for the health and harmony of body and mind.

The apartment is very well positioned . It was clean and easy to access.
Note that there are 2 real bedrooms and the 3rd ‘bedroom’ is a canapé bed in the TV area . Further more , the bathroom is on-suite to the main bedroom, so everyone has to go through the main bedroom to access the bathroom.

There is no loo in the bathroom. The beds needed quilt covers not sheets. Kitchen crockery and utensils need upgrading and were inadequate for 4 people let alone 6.
Instructions for shower and cooker need to be there
Going to the only shower in the apartment via the main bedroom is inconvenient.
Garage facility was valuable to us. It was clean and tidy when we arrived.
Check in at 17.00 and out by 9.00 is mean and unnecessary.
