Located on Avenue Michel Croz, it enjoys an ultra-central location in a lively neighborhood of Chamonix.

The accommodation comprises :

- 1 living room seating 8 (2 three-seater sofas, 1 armchair and 1 bench seat)
- 1 dining room seating 8
- 1 fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer, coffeemakers (Nespresso, bean-to-cup, piston), wine cellar, washing machine etc. + 1 counter with 4 bar stools.
- 1 bedroom with 150x200cm bed and en-suite shower room ( shower and basin - no toilets)
- 1 main bathroom (bath, double washbasin and toilet)
- 1 4-pax mountain corner with two 90x190cm bunk beds and TV.
- 1 bedroom with 140x200cm bed and en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet).
- 1 guest lavatory
- This apartment also features 2 ski lockers.

Notes :
1 - The fireplaces are decorative and cannot be used.
2 - The ski boot dryer located in the building lobby is private and cannot be used.
3 - The toilets in this accommodation are equipped with a macerator toilet that can only be used with toilet paper. Please do not dispose of nappies, wipes, sanitary towels, tampons, etc. in the toilet.


During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Located on Avenue Michel Croz, you'll enjoy walking to the heart of Chamonix without having to worry about transport, especially in high season.
The advantage of this apartment is that, although it's located in a very lively area, it's above the Société Générale bank.
Less than 500m away, you'll have access to the Super U, cinema, numerous restaurants, bars and shops.


Thanks to its ultra-central location, you'll have easy access to the Chamonix train station (150m away), and to the bus station right next door for shuttle buses to the ski lifts (5-minute walk).
For those traveling by car, there's a pay parking lot 250m away (Parking Allobroges).
