Lovely apartment. Completely redone and in a terrific area. Easy walk to the Seine. Close to restaurants and shops. Notre Dame is 15 away. Just across the river from the Louvre. Really perfect!AC in bedrooms was perfect and kept up with the hot summer days. Checking process was the most comprehensive we’ve ever had. Emmanuel was adorable and has a great sense of humor!! Hosts are responsive, accommodating and have truly thought of everything. Better than expected! Both couples loved it! Plenty of room to spread out and still have privacy. Pics are accurate and descriptions are perfect. Highly recommend!! 10/10

Our 4th visit to the apartment which speaks for itself. We love it. Mickael is such a brilliant host and very responsive to any requests. The apartment never feels like a holiday rental because it is finished to such a high standard and there are many personal touches in the artwork, fixtures and furnishing. Could not recommend highly enough and the location is perfect too.

We had an outstanding visit during the week before Christmas. It was a clean, contemporary and well furnished apartment with amazing views. Every room was comfortable, providing the family time to have rest and privacy, but also to gather together for meals during our stay. The apartment is within a few steps of the town so we also enjoyed excellent meals at some of the local restaurants. The hosts were helpful and kind from confirmation until check out.

Most of all, he gave us great tips on where to go, what to see and where to eat. He was our virtual tour guide! This is it! Whether you’re two people or a family of 5. Communicating with the managers was great, they reached out on their own prior to arriving to make sure all instructions were clear. Just the way you want it to be. Location couldn’t be better. In the middle of everything but just a block or two off the main pedestrian street. 5 minute walk up to the Brevent lift. Or a 5 minute walk down to the Main Street. View from the master bed is of Mont Blanc. BEAT THAT!!! three balconies with views all of Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc. Absolutely amazing. The building is an absolute icon. The hallways are a bit dark as other reviews say but you can turn lights on, feels like a Harry Potter scene but it’s very safe, adds to the allure. Apartment is on the 4th floor. We used the steps during our 4 days there as we were in Chamonix and wanted exercise. There are two lifts. A service elevator and a smaller lift for residents. I can’t begin to tell you how much this residence added to our stay. Along with all the activities we did over 4 days we also tell everyone about the apartment. When I come back to Cham I’m staying here again 100%.

Our third visit to the apartment and it would have been fourth or fifth were it not for Covid. An extremely well equipped, comfortable and beautifully appointed apartment in a brilliant location. Mickael and Elisa have taken every care to make this a practical, luxurious and stylish apartment and it has some of the best views of Mont Blanc in Chamonix. Mickael is extremely responsive and helpful. We love it!

The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. The view from the balconies is breathtaking. The location is perfect for easily walking to town or to access various lifts. Owner was extremely easy to communicate with. Can’t recommend more highly. Probably the nicest VRBO we’ve ever rented. We had a wonderful week in the apartment in Chamonix. The place is spacious, comfortable and seems to be almost a brand new renovation. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location could not be more convenient to town and skiing. I highly recommend this place for a short or longer stay.

What an amazing stay. The property was even better than the photos. Very spacious, clean, and fantastic location. The hosts could not have been more accommodating including a warm welcome on arrival all the way to helping us with our bags on the way out. Our two families had more than enough room to be comfortable and had tremendous views of Mont Blanc and the Alps. A short walk to town with shops and restaurants. Cannot say enough good things. Four of us (two couples) were in Chamonix on a hiking vacation, and thoroughly enjoyed our six nights at this property in mid-September. We found everything about it to be exactly as depicted in the listing. It's bright, spacious and modern, with high-end furnishings and appliances, comfortable beds, and a very well equipped kitchen. The views from the balconies are stunning! It is also very peaceful. We never heard any sounds from the hallway or other units. The building is very conveniently located to restaurants , shopping, and hiking. We walked everywhere. The Tourist Office is nearby, and the staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you, Mickael, for sharing your beautiful condo. It was perfect!

Very beautiful apartment, near the center of Chamonix, at walking distance to all restaurants, stores and cableways. Extraordinary view of the Mont blanc range from the balconies. Very bright. Beds are super comfortable. Bathrooms are very well appointed. The apartment is quiet despite being central. parking was most days available in the parking lot, which is a big plus in Chamonix. The building's entrance corridors are a bit scary (oversize, a bit dark, lights flickering, no decoration), and the building owners might want to remedy that to make them a little more welcoming. But this is largely compensated by the beauty, tastefulness and elegance of this apartment. Excellent communication with owners. We will come back. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this amazing condo after hiking the TMB. It’s new, quiet, very comfortable, well appointed and offered amazing views! It could not have been better located as it was just a couple minute walk the city center and a minute to the city center bus stop. Mickael & Elisa were very helpful and responsive hosts. I'm going out on a limb here, because I've only been to Chamonix the one time, but I simply cannot imagine a better place to spend time there. Over the years I have stayed in many VRBOs, mostly in the US but also abroad. And without a doubt this one tops them all. The building in which this apartment resides -- Le Majestic -- is aptly named. It's just about, if not THE biggest and most stately (and yes, majestic) building in all of Chamonix. If/When you go up on Mt. Blanc, you can spot it right away. As you enter and go up the stone, spiral staircase, you get the feeling of a grand old French chateau. But in contrast, when you enter this wonderful apartment, everything is modern and new. The decor is beautiful. The kitchen is well-appointed, should you care to prepare your own meals. The bedding very comfortable. And so on. The pictures don't even do it justice. That's not to mention the greatest thing of all, which is when you open any of the three sets of French doors, and your breath is literally taken away by the snowy Alps towering above you. A "million dollar" view, if I've ever seen one. Lastly, while most VRBO hosts I've worked with have been extremely helpful, Mikail takes the role to another level. You can rest assured, he will take care of every detail -- and for anything you need during your stay, if it can be done, it WILL be done. So what are you waiting for? Book this place now before somebody else does!

This apartment is in a historic building right in the middle of Chamonix. It is centrally located but tucked away amongst a grove of trees. It has been updated inside and has all of the modern amenities you would like. The owners were terrific to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Chamonix.

This is a truly lovely and well appointed condo with all of the amenities you could ever hope for in a vacation rental. The location is perfect as you are out of the fray in a lovely and quiet setting with spectacular views yet close to everything. This apartment is great. Right in the middle of Chamonix, no more than a 10 min walk to anywhere in town. The apartment itself is beautiful, my wife called it Mountain Chic. Plenty of room to hangout when not on skiing or in town. Kitchen is outfitted well to cook at home, even had great glassware. All appliances were modern. Ski storage downstairs. Amazing view of the Midi and town. Quick walk (250M) to Brevent Cable Car, right on town bus route for other mountains.
