No need to drive—you’re right in the heart of town, and everything is within walking distance: just 5 minutes from the church and the Maison de la Montagne, and therefore from the warm croissants at the bakery and the main shops and restaurants.
At this “Clos Privilégié,” you’ll enjoy a large flower-filled garden, a small “relaxation” cabin for your teens, and a beautiful south-facing sun terrace…
A beautiful, traditional 170-square-meter chalet on four levels, fully renovated, sleeping 10–12 people, located near the Majestic/PGHM, 500 meters from the pedestrian zone, and 500 meters from the Brévent gondola or the legendary Aiguille du Midi aerial cableway for a “step into the void.”
On the first floor: a separate, ultra-modern kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
The living room, with its historic fireplace, creates a warm and inviting space that includes a beautiful dining area and a lounge area (equipped with a multimedia center, TV, and Wi-Fi) offering a superb view of Mont Blanc. Access to the terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and the garden with an outdoor hot tub—a delight for young and old alike.
A separate restroom is located on this floor.
On the first floor, there are three twin bedrooms (each with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed), each featuring a smart TV and a fully renovated shower room for luxurious comfort, plus a private restroom. Two of these rooms have a balcony with a view of Mont Blanc.
Located on the second floor, the “dormitory” can accommodate 4 people in two single beds plus a pull-out bed.
It also has its own private bathroom with a bathtub—ideal for children—plus a toilet.
The basement is fully equipped for your comfort (please note: the ceiling is low, so be sure to protect yourself with foam pads): you’ll enjoy a sauna, a TV room with games and DVDs, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a ski boot dryer.
The chalet also has a garage located a few meters away. The chalet is non-smoking, and only small pets are allowed.

Eiran was a great host! Location was nice, less than 10 minute walk to everywhere we needed to be in town. House was spacious, the sauna and hot tub were awesome!

Anyone traveling to Chamonix should stay at this home. It had everything we needed, was close to town but quiet and secluded, and had amazing views and amenities. Our hosts were responsive and helpful at all times. We could not have asked for a better experience and we hope that we can return again in the near future!
