Beautiful historic chalet in Argentiere

Beautiful historic chalet with 3 rooms, so we shared the common spaces with other guests. Super functional and great taste deco. The owner, Jon, was available and welcomed us warmly. 10 minutes ride from Chamonix village. We hope to come back in the future!

Great chalet with all amenities – a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a lovely garden perfect for reading a book. Spotlessly clean with a high-quality interior design, it offers beautiful views, a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and a warm, wonderful welcome. Jon was incredibly helpful and gave me great tips, which made the stay even more special. A truly unique experience in an authentic house in Argentiere.

Amazing shared luxury house with jacuzzi

Beautifully renovated house in cozy town close to Chamonix. Our private room was super clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi was a great feeling after our tour du mont blanc hike. Owner is super friendly.

No downsides, just note that you share facilities with other guests.

Super comfy studio in an old chalet with modern conveniences right in the heart of Argentiere.

I loved staying here! The old building is totally charming but has been renovated to be very comfortable. The studio was the perfect size with a great kitchen, a comfortable workspace and a fun and super quirky old deck. It's right off of a side street in downtown Argentiere, so you're right near the shops and restaurants and right on the access path to several trails. Staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend spending some time here.

A wonderful place best suited for a larger group.

A beautiful property, a lovingly renovated 17th-century building in a charming area some 10 km north of Chamonix. The host is super-friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there!

The place is usually rented out to groups, so facilities are shared when the four bedrooms are rented out individually. I was okay with that (as a solo traveller only staying for a single night), but other guests were only semi-happy.

Emplacement calme, à 20 minutes de Chamonix centre, logement très propre, accueil superbe.

La salle de bain et les toilettes sont en commun avec une autre chambre.

Virée en moto autour du Mont Blanc

Situation géographique top pour balade moto entre chamonix et Martigny et col du grand saint Bernard. Très joli chalet dans petit village d’argentieres au calme très proche du centre avec commerces et petite animation le soir (fete du village) Belle cuisine à disposition, espaces communs agréables jacuzzi bien appréciable après la journée possibilité de déjeuner dehors… et accueil chaleureux de Jon très disponible et discrêt. Je recommande vivement 😜

Un séjour très agréable MAIS…

Très bon emplacement au calme à 4 minutes à pieds de Super U, boulangerie. Stationnement aisé. Décoration soignée d’esprit chalet ancien avec quelques touches de modernité, l’ensemble a beaucoup de charme. Équipements de qualité (excellente literie, cafetière Jura, jacuzzi …) chambre spatieuse mais sombre. Qualité de l’accueil. Jon est très sympathique.

GROS POINT D’ATTENTION : Salle de bain/wc, séjour, cuisine… sont en commun avec les locataires des deux ou trois autres chambres. Ça fait un peu bizarre au vu du caractère plutôt premium du lieu. Heureusement pour nous, les autres chambres n’étaient pas occupées durant nos deux dernières nuits (sur 3), nous avons donc pu profiter pleinement du lieu dans le calme. En présence d’autres occupants, même calmes, toute grasse matinée s’annonce très compliquée en raison du bruit inhérent aux conversations et déplacements dans les parties communes. C’est vraiment dommage dans un endroit aussi charmant.

Romantische Unterkunft mit Chemine und Jacuzzi

Dieses Hotel mit drei Zimmern hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, weil die Atmosphäre zur Entspannung einlädt und die umgebende Natur Ruhe schenkt. Die 3 Zimmer und der gemeinsame Salon sind sehr schön eingerichtet. In jedem Detail spürt man die Liebe des Gastgebers zu diesem Zuhause. Wir haben das Bad im Jacuzzi unter klarem Sternenhimmel sehr genossen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Zubereiten jeglicher Speisen braucht und die Geräte sind sehr hochwertig. Es gibt einen guten Kombi-Backofen, und Geschirrspüler von Miele... In der Nähe (300m) gibt es ein sehr gutes kleines Geschäft mit lokalen Spezialitäten (super U, am Sonntag bis 12:30). Das Herzstück des Hauses ist der Kamin, der Wärme und Licht spendet. Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit, Kerzen anzuzünden, die in Wandnischen platziert sind. So entsteht eine sehr romantische Atmosphäre für eine Auszeit zu zweit. Dieses Hotel können wir definitiv für einen Aufenthalt zu zweit bzw. zu sechst empfehlen. 😀
