A nice, modern hotel in a secluded location, which we found to be a good stopover for taking a break from the adventurous mountain roads (and rather heavy truck traffic). The staff from Myanmar and Uganda were very pleasant and spoke good English. The breakfast buffet was basic but, by Albanian standards, relatively good.

We were upgraded to a larger family room in the loft, which was a nice touch, but it was only after we settled in that we noticed the lack of aircon (which the other rooms had). Missing TV remote, too, sorry kids. By then it was too late to change back, and by way of apology the hotel thoughtfully provided icecreams for our young children. The wifi struggled to reach the loft. We found the loft floor dusty, and the kids' feet were soon black. They sent someone to clean it. The menu availability was very limited (but the portions were huge). The power went off at 9pm until the morning - unsure if that is routine. Ultimately, it's a place with some nice ideas and their heart seems in the right place, but for us, fell just short of the mark.
