Good breakfast and it changes day to day.

The bathroom, the kitchen and the floor in the room did not seem to be cleaned properly after previous guests. There were hair, crumbs and dirt across the room. The bathroom sink and shower had old stains and hair all over. The only clean place was the sheets. Even the bed frame had some fluid markings..

Staff and location were amazing

Friday night was a bit of music but didn’t affect sleep and couldn’t really hear it

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and very modern. Great location and very new.

- there was no hot water in our room the whole time we were there, we had cold showers - the tv didn’t work there is only YouTube - the room needs a good clean. The floor was covered in hair and dust and leftover construction grit. The lounge had hair on it from the previous guests and dirty tissues stuffed in it. - They advertise that the restaurant is open till 11 pm but when we went down at 9 pm, we were told they were closing - They advertise breakfast from 8 am but when we got there we had to wait half an hour because the chef had not arrived. We were told it was a buffet breakfast but it wasn’t. It was just a plain omelette with a little bit of cheese and chicken. - There is no lift so if you have mobility issues then this is not the place for you. There is approximately four flights of stairs to go up to get to our room. - no garbage bin in kitchen
